Guidelines
  • Water needs based on a persons size, activity level and outdoor temperature. Larger people have a greater metabolic need and therefore have increased water needs.
  • Average intake: 8 oz of water consumed over a 30 minute time frame 4 times per day for a totalof 32 oz
