Initial visit will include a Fitness Evaluation:
Results will be calculated using computer software and available within a week of initial fitness evaluation/session.

Weight training sessions only
  • Aproximately 60 minutes in length.
  • Program designed based on your personal goals.
  • All sessions are paid for in advance.
  • 24 hour cancelation policy for all scheduled sessions or client will pay for session in full
Power Walks with or without weight training
  • Currently only available on a Tuesday/Thursday basis. Time to be determined.
  • Power Walk Class will be set up for a minimum of 4 people, max 8 people.
  • Rates are per month with up to 8 sessions or aproximately 2 times per week.
  • Payment for the month must be paid in full by or before the first session of the month.
  • The month will be prorated if instructor cancels with no makeup session or a holiday interferes with Tues/Thurs power walk schedule.
  • The month will not be prorated if client misses a scheduled walking session.
  • Mandatory: Must fill out health questionnaire with instructor prior to first session.
  • Must have water and heart rate monitor during workouts.
  • Optional: Hand or Wrist weights to increase intensity of the workout.
  • Ideal for those who only have their lunch hour for exercising.
